Abstract

This research article investigates the financial sustainability of the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) through a comprehensive long-term analysis. MGNREGA, launched in 2005, is the world's largest employment guarantee scheme aimed at providing livelihood security to rural households. Despite its socio-economic benefits, concerns have been raised regarding its financial sustainability. This study employs a combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative insights to evaluate the fiscal viability of MGNREGA over the years. The findings suggest various factors influencing the program's financial sustainability and propose policy recommendations to enhance its long-term effectiveness.

Elementary education stands as the cornerstone of societal development, offering young minds the fundamental knowledge and skills necessary for personal growth and community participation. Mahatma Gandhi, revered for his principles of truth, nonviolence, and social justice, left an indelible mark on the landscape of primary education through his visionary insights and unwavering advocacy for equitable learning opportunities. This article provides a succinct exploration of the vital role played by elementary education and Gandhi's principles in shaping primary education policies. It delves into Gandhi's philosophy, which emphasized the holistic development of individuals through education, nurturing not only intellect but also character and values. His emphasis on moral education, vocational training, and community service laid the groundwork for a more inclusive and empowering educational paradigm. By synthesizing scholarly literature and historical perspectives, this research elucidates Gandhi's profound influence on primary education policies in post-independence India. It examines how his ideals continue to inform educational initiatives and pedagogical approaches, fostering a commitment to social justice and human dignity within the educational landscape. In conclusion, this article underscores the enduring relevance of Gandhi's principles in shaping the trajectory of primary education, advocating for their integration into contemporary educational frameworks to realize the vision of a more equitable and enlightened society.

Abstract

Floods represent a recurring challenge for Bihar, an eastern state of India characterized by its extensive river network and low-lying floodplains. This research delves into the multifaceted impacts of floods and evaluates the effectiveness of water management strategies in mitigating these effects. By analyzing historical flood data, socio-economic repercussions, and existing management approaches, this study aims to provide insights into enhancing flood resilience and sustainable water management practices in Bihar. Historical analysis reveals a pattern of frequent and devastating floods in Bihar, attributed to factors such as heavy rainfall, river dynamics, and land use changes. The socio-economic impacts of these floods are substantial, encompassing agricultural losses, infrastructure damage, displacement of communities, and public health challenges. Despite efforts to manage floods through infrastructure development and policy interventions, Bihar continues to face challenges such as inadequate infrastructure, institutional weaknesses, and socio-political complexities. In response, innovative approaches to flood management and water conservation are proposed, including early warning systems, community-based initiatives, and nature-based solutions. Policy recommendations emphasize the importance of integrated flood management, stakeholder engagement, and climate resilience strategies to address the complexities of flood risk in Bihar. This research contributes to the broader discourse on environmental resilience and water governance by providing actionable insights for policymakers, practitioners, and researchers striving to address the impacts of floods and enhance water security in Bihar and similar regions worldwide.

परिचय

साइबर जर्नलिज्म एक नई उम्मीद है जो इंटरनेट पर संचार के माध्यम से नए और अन्य तरीकों से समाचारों को प्रसारित करता है। इसका उद्देश्य लोगों को इंटरनेट पर उपलब्ध समाचारों के बारे में जागरूक करना है। इसके अलावा, साइबर जर्नलिज्म भी इंटरनेट पर उपलब्ध सामग्री के बारे में लोगों को जागरूक करता है जो साइबर सुरक्षा से संबंधित होती है। इसके अंतर्गत विभिन्न विषयों पर लेख और रिपोर्ट शामिल होते हैं जैसे कि साइबर सुरक्षा, डेटा लीकेज, ऑनलाइन क्राइम और अन्य।

उद्देश्य- सूचना से अधिक महत्वपूर्ण सूचनातंत्र है। ‘माध्यम ही संदेश है’ नामक पुस्तक में प्रसिद्ध मीडिया विशेषज्ञ मार्शल मैक्लूहन द्वारा कही गयी बात आज के दौर में बहुत ही प्रासंगिक और समसामयिक है। यह सर्वकालिक सत्य है कि सूचना में शक्ति है। पत्रकारिता तो सूचनाओं का जाल है, जिसमें पत्रकार सूचनाएँ देने के साथ-साथ सामान्य जनता को दिशा निर्देश देता है। उनका पथ प्रदर्शन करता है। एक प्रकार से कहा जाए तो पत्रकारिता वह ज्ञान चक्षु है जिसके माध्यम से पत्रकार अपने विचारों को व्यक्त करता है।

जनजाति पर डिजिटल मीडिया का गहरा असर पड़ा है। इसके सकारात्मक और नकारात्मक दोनों प्रभावों दोनों है। हाल के वर्षों में, डिजिटल प्लेटफ़ॉर्म के प्रसार ने सामाजिक-सांस्कृतिक परिदृश्य को महत्वपूर्ण रूप से बदल दिया है, जिससे स्वदेशी लोगों को अपनी आवाज़ बढ़ाने, अपनी संस्कृतियों को संरक्षित करने और वकालत के प्रयासों में संलग्न होने का अवसर मिला है। हालाँकि, इन लाभों के अलावा, डिजिटल मीडिया सांस्कृतिक विनियोग, गलत सूचना और पारंपरिक मूल्यों के क्षरण जैसी चुनौतियाँ भी प्रस्तुत करता है। केस स्टडीज और विद्वतापूर्ण साहित्य के विश्लेषण के माध्यम से, यह पेपर जांच किया गया है कि कैसे स्वदेशी समुदाय डिजिटल मीडिया की जटिलताओं से निपटते हैं, इसके प्रतिकूल प्रभावों को कम करते हुए इसकी क्षमता का लाभ उठाने की रणनीतियों पर प्रकाश पड़ता हैं। अंततः, यह डिजिटल साक्षरता और समुदाय-संचालित दृष्टिकोण को बढ़ावा देने के महत्व को रेखांकित किया गया है, ताकि यह सुनिश्चित किया जा सके कि डिजिटल क्षेत्र में स्वदेशी आवाज़ों का प्रामाणिक रूप से प्रतिनिधित्व और सशक्तिकरण हो सके।
